Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed a container of sauce (sweet&spicy) on the food counter at room temperature.
Corrective Action(s): Do not leave the sauce out at room temperature unless the sauce label states "shelf stable" product.
Portion out from a cooler as needed and discard after 2 hours at room temperature.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed a green onion cutting machine in the back kitchen. The feeding part and the blades were not sanitary. Dried green onions were stucked in the feeder.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to wash and sanitize the machine especially the feeder and the blades immediately after each use. Uncleaned food processor can attract and cause pest problems in the kithchen. Flies were noted as well.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 3 spray bottles in the kitchen were checked and 0ppm Cl detected. The operator stated they use Mr. Clean in the spray bottles.
Corrective Action(s): Use bleach water in the sanitizer spray bottles. Prepare 100ppm Cl bleach water.
