Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Deep fryer batter observed being stored on the counter adjacentot the deep fryer when not being used. Batter was at room temperature. Batter was discarded at time of inspection
Corrective Action(s): This is a REPEAT VIOLATION noted in report on Oct 24, 2023 and Januay 22, 2024.
Batter must IMMEDIATELY be placed into the cooler when it is not being used.
RETRAIN staff as discussed.

Observation: Quat sanitizer tested at 0ppm Quat in the containers containing quat sanitizer. In addition wiping cloths not been used were observed being stored on counter tops
Corrective Action(s): New quat sanitzer concenttation was mixed at time of inspection to verify the concentration was 200ppm.
Change solution in all containers every 2 hours or as needed depending on the organic load introduced.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher observed dispensing 0ppm chlorine in the final rinse. Bottle of chlorine was not at the correct concentration as it was old. New chlorine container was inserted and the dishwasher primed. Once primed approx 100ppm chlorine was detected in the final rinse.
Corrective Action(s): Rewash all utensils as discussed
Use saran wrap at the top of the container as discussed.

Observation: Although a screen door is in place at the back door there is an opening at the bottom of the screen door large enough to allow the entry of pests.
Corrective Action(s): Place weather stripping at the base of the screen door as discussed

Observation: Operator's chlorine test strips are not accurate.
Front hand sink making noise when water is activated
Premises does not have Quat Test Strips on site.

Repair hand sink to eliminate the "Water Hammer" noise.
