Corrective Action(s): - Wash all dishware using manual warewashing method - following wash, rinse and sanitize in three compartment sink. The sanitizer solution in third compartment is available at 200ppm quats concentration

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The handsink near dishwashing and prep area was blocked with dirty wiping cloths in the basin

- Remove the dropping, clean the area and sanitize the area and let it air dry

Observation: - Pest droppings are observed in the back area near shelving units for dry storage and near dishwashing area

- Clean and maintain sanitary conditions in walk-in cooler
