Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 2 chopping knives for meat stored in a bleach sanitizer bucket. This will contaminate the food product if the knife is not air dried. Bleach sanitizer is the lemon scented product.
Corrective Action(s): Do not store knives in bleach sanitizer solution that are used to chop food items right away. Re-clean knife. Date to be corrected: immediately

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Some food items such as the top layer of the bbq chicken and bbq pork inserts are not held at 60C or higher. All hot potentially hazardous food items must be stored 60C or higher, otherwise discard after 2 hours.
Corrective Action(s): Discard the items above 60C. Do not over stack hot holding inserts otherwise temperature requirements cannot be met. Date to be corrected: immediately

Observation: Dishwasher and sanitizer buckets use lemon scented bleach. This product stated it is not meant for cleaning and cannot be used to sanitize food contact surfaces.

Observation: 1)All dry good bins such as flour and rice have bowls as the scoops. This is not acceptable as the handle cannot come into contact with food items.

Corrective Action(s): 1)Remove bowls and obtain a proper scoop for food items.
2)Put lids on food items when they are not in use to protect them from contamination.

Observation: 1) Dead cockroaches on the second floor, mainly behind the freezers. Minor dead cockroaches on the first floor kitchen level in the glueboards.

Observation: 1)Hole by the back door sweep needs to be sealed
2)Gaps around the pipe near the 3 compartment sink need to be sealed. The foam has been chewed through by pests.

Observation: 1) Several vapona strips placed out around the premise: more than 5. This is a violation of the pesticide label. It releases chemicals into the air not meant for humans to breathe in over long periods of time.
2) One bait box stored on the second floor.
Corrective Action(s): Remove all pest devices from the premise or use them in a manner that is stated on the product label. Date to be corrected: immediately
