1) mice droppings observed in some corners of facility and along perimeter of walls
2) one dead mouse observed in trap at garage door
Operator informed that traps are checked on weekly basis
Corrective Action(s): 1) Ensure that all droppings are removed and that areas are cleaned and sanitized

- Operator informed that garage seals/sweeps will be replaced

- Handwashing station equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels
- 2-compartment sink available for manual ware-washing, sink plug available
- Adequate supply of liquid bleach available for sanitizing contact surfaces
Note: Food contact surfaces are cleaned then sanitized with bleach solution at end of each shift

Note: Operator planning on updating facility (i.e., paint, replace base boards, replace door sweeps etc) in 2 months
