- Kitchen not in use at the time of the inspection. Kitchen is used by those who rent the facility.
- General sanitation of kitchen was satisfactory at the time of inspection. Ensure ice machine is cleaned regularly and according to manufacturer's instructions.
- Equipment was in good working order
- Coolers were 4C
- High temperature dishwasher was operational. Final rinse temperature at dish surface measured 72.9C
- Handsink and warewashing sink supplied with hot and cold water
- Liquid soap and paper towel present for handwashing
- Bleach sanitizer solution supplied for users of the kitchen to sanitize food contact surfaces. **Ensure solution is re-mixed prior to bookings/kitchen use as concentration will deplete. Use chlorine test strips to verify concentration is 100-200ppm chlorine.
