-General inspection. -Temp of all coolers and freezer satisfactory -Quats sanitizer >200ppm -Paper towel and liquid soap are provided at hand wash sink -Food Safe staff are on duty ** Some rodent dropping noted mixed with dirt, grease, clean up and put more monitoring devices ( ie: sticky traps, snap traps ...) and monitor the facility (daily) for any rodent issues. Address all noted issues and send a report to the area inspector via email. No signature obtained- copy will be sent via email later.
