Ice cream freezer at -15.1 deg C Cooler in back room at 4.0 deg C Food storage - organized (off the floor and covered). Bleach available to sanitize dishes at the 3 compartment sink. General sanitation satisfactory. No signs of pests at time of inspection. Staff washroom - clean & suppled with hot/cold running water; liquid soap/paper towels.
