FoodSafe certified staff on site. All coolers were < 4 C. Hot held items were > 60 C. Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. No evidence of pests. Sanitizer bottle had 100 ppm chlorine. General sanitation was satisfactory.
