Routine inspection:

Front and back hand sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Staff washroom hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
3 compartment sink setup for manual warewashing. 200ppm quats available for sanitizing dishes/utensils. Test strips available for verifying quats concentration.
200ppm quats available for use in containers. Wiping cloths stored in solution when not in use.
Walk in cooler at 4 degrees C.
Small chest freezer at -15 degrees C.
Preparation cooler inserts and lower section at or below 4 degrees C.
Beverage cooler at 5 degrees C. No cold potentially hazardous foods displayed.
