Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Automatic quat sanitizer dispenser at the 3 compartment sink is not dispensing a minimum of 200ppm quat. Less than half is only being dispensed.
Corrective Action(s): Repair dispenser. Resanitize all utensils. Add quat directly to sanitizer sink and verify concentration using quat test strips to verify a minimum of 200ppm is present.
