Follow-up inspection conducted: - Hole by the dishwashing area filled. - Droppings/food debris removed from floors. - Written plan for outside prepared food (Kimbob Heaven) submitted by the owner. - 200ppm Chlorine solution available in a labelled spray bottle and in 3 compartment sink. - Manager had registered for Foodsafe Level 1 (May 10th). A copy of certificate to be emailed to the health inspector. Facility currently has one Foodsafe certified staff plus Manager, (after May 10th). Ensure to have at least one more staff register for Foodsafe Level 1 so that there is at least one Foodsafe certified staff on site for EACH shift as discussed at this time. Ensure to clean hard to reach areas on a more regular basis.
