Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
The dishwasher had 50 ppm chlorine.
The sanitizer bucket had 100 ppm chlorine.
No droppings found in the kitchen or storage rooms. The restaurant has a pest control company on contract, report reviewed during the inspection.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
