Follow up inspection: Corrected items: Whisks are now stored in ice water. Sanitizer buckets all had 100 ppm chlorine. Items that need to be corrected: Write down the dishwasher chlorine concentration and temperature recorded for the temperature records. The glasswasher needs to be repaired- see code 308.
