Follow-up inspection conducted. The QUATS dispenser has been repaired. The unit was dispensing 200 ppm QUATS solution at the time of inspection. A labelled sanitizer pail was readily available in the sandwich preparation area and contained 200 ppm QUATS. Test strips were available on site. Household bleach was also available on site for backup. Signature not required due to the COVID-19 pandemic. A copy of the inspection report is to be emailed to the owner on the previously provided email address.
