Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Rear hand wash station lacked paper towel for drying hands. Paper towel dispenser was not in good working order at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to have a roll of paper towels directly above the hand washing sink until dispenser is fixed and right sized paper towels are ordered.
