- Low-temperature chemical dishwasher now registers 100 ppm chlorine residual, tested at the dish surface after final rinse cycle. Good - ensure to use your test strips to monitor the dishwasher's sanitizer concentration on a daily basis. - Ice-cream scoops no longer stored in water at room temperature in between uses. *Deep cleaning under sinks/dishwashing area still to be completed.
