Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Staff stated to inspector that sanitizer solution is mixed using water, bleach and soap.
**Corrected during inspection** Education provided to operator and staff. Soap is not to be mixed with sanitizer solution; sanitizer is to kill bacteria, not degrease.

Proper mixture of 1/2 tsp unscented bleach : 1 L water mixed. Sanitizer is to be used on clean surfaces only.

Do not use scented bleach for sanitizing.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front of House handwashing station sink observed to be used to clean and dump liquid product.
**Corrected during inspection** Educated operator. Handwashing station is to be used to wash hands only. Equipment for drinks need to be washed and sanitized like all other food contact surfaces.

Corrective Action(s): Declutter facility, clean and monitor for pest activity. If pest activity observed, contract pest control company.
