Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Front right prepline cooler has potentially hazardous foods above 4°C. Probe thermometer used to check the temperature cheese at 7.6°C, chopped tomato at 7.2°C.
2. Front right stand up cooler has potentially hazardous food, above 4°C. Probe thermometer used to check temperature. Jar of olives at 7.9°C, dessert at 8.1°C.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Must keep all potentially hazardous foods at 4°C or less. Operator moved potential hazardous foods to a cooler at 4°C during inspection.

-Chlorine sanitizer at 100 ppm in buckets for sanitizing food contact surfaces
-Dishwasher at 50 ppm Chlorine sanitizer during the final rinse
-No signs of pests at time of inspection
-At least one employee is on-site at all times with FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent.
