200ppm quats available for use in labeled spray bottle. Reminder to follow manufacturer's instructions on dilution requirements.
Dishwasher registers 50ppm chlorine during the final rinse cycle.
Kitchen clean and organized.
Chemical storage adequate.
Cooler at or below 4 degrees C. Reminder to monitor and record temperature of this cooler on a log sheet.
Note: limited menu items with limited food preparation allowed. Deli meats/cheeses must be obtained from an approved source. Grilled cheese now made onsite.
