Juice bar no longer under Kev's banner or ownership. Permit will need to be updated to Aura Market ownership. Confirm with operator to be sure. Cooling units less than 4 C. Freezer at -18 C. Dishwasher at 72 c at plate. Barrier needed between handsink and food or food container shelving. Grab and go cooler still not on. Disinfectant used for surfaces - Attitude DIN 02323176 - water wash final step always part of process. Make sure to not store ice scoop directly in ice bin.
