- High temp dishwasher achieved >71C at plate's surface
- Temperatures of all refrigeration units were adequate (<4C for coolers and <-18C for freezers)
- Temperature log is in active use for fridges/freezers and cooked foods
- Storage of foods prevents cross-contamination
- General sanitation is good
- No signs of pest activity noted. Pest control in place
- Missing tile on the floor that was noted in the previous inspection was repaired
> Observed some expired chocolate milk in the prep cooler and creams walk-in cooler. Discarded at the time of inspection. Diligent monitoring of expiry dates is required.
