Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
- Hot held pork hock and stir fried beef inside warmer measured at 41C. Staff stated they cooked it fresh from this morning when they opened which 2 hours have not passed at the time of inspection. Instructed to cook them again and place them in the warmer. Keep the warmer temperature at HIGH.
Corrective Action(s):
- Always boil/cook food items to reach 74C or above before placing them inside the warmer.

Observation:
- Clean up has been done for the ventilation hood. However, the bottom panels have been missed.
- Notable batter powder build up observed on the grease trap.
- Grease build up observed underneath the stove unit ; dust build up around the pipe.
Corrective Action(s):
- Clean the ventilation hood again.
- Ensure all batter mix is removed.
- Clean the floor underneath the stove.
