Staff stated they cooked it fresh from this morning when they opened which 2 hours have not passed at the time of inspection. Instructed to cook them again and place them in the warmer. Keep the warmer temperature at HIGH. Corrective Action(s): - Always boil/cook food items to reach 74C or above before placing them inside the warmer. Violation Score: 5
