Introduction

A scheduled follow-up inspection to Routine Inspection #JKIM-CT2LZL was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act(CCALA) and the Child Care Licensing Regulations(CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DoLSoP). Areas noted in the contraventions section of the routine inspection were inspected for compliance.

No violations were found during the inspection.
Comments

At the inspection dated July 25, 2023, LO met with the Manager and the facility's administrator. The follow-up inspection was an opportunity to ensure all the coded violations have been addressed. At this inspection all coded violations from the routine inspection #JKIM-CT2LZL on June 19, 2023 were addressed. No further action is required by the Licensee contact and Licensing.
