A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - Coolers 4C or colder; freezer -21C; and thermometers present. - No expired foods in use or for sale. FIFO rules being followed. - Foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves and racks. Non-foods stored separately from food. - General sanitation level is good. - No signs of pests. - Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. ACTION - Spray sanitizer not present, as out of stock. Order has been placed and to arrive tomorrow. Mix up a solution of 1/2 tsp bleach with 500mL of water (in a spray bottle) until the sanitizer arrives.
