Premise ownership change
Prior to issuance of a Permit to Operate the following items require correction:
replace front service counter - surfaces are to be smooth, non porous and easily cleaned, no unsealed wood.
replace broken light future in kitchen
all brick walls are to be sealed, painted to allow for cleaning
remove paint build-up runs on shelves, walls, and walk-in cooler
remove soybean grinder and dough roller. both are imported, uncertified equipment
replace kitchen fridge that has been removed
relocate dough mixer to allow walk-in cooler door to open
repair walkin cooler door to open properly
revise menu to indicate all proposed food items that are intended to be offered
revice Food Safety Plan to reflect all processing steps needed to prepare all menu items
verify with city of Burnaby that all new cooking equipment changes are in compliance with codes.
