Correction: Remove shelf behind toppings cooler and relocate garbage can or move under counter cooler and toppings cooler to allow for direct access to hand washing sink. Liquid soap and paper towels to be available at hand washing sink.

Outstanding Issue, hand washing station obstructed. Corrective action taken during inspection, cooler moved to allow easy access to hand washing station. Ensure liquid soap and paper towels available at hand washing station. Areas under equipment require routine cleaning. Sanitizer formula: 15 mls of 6.5 % bleach per gallon water. Or 1.5 teaspoon per 2 litres for a solution at 100 ppm Chlorine.
