Observation: Rodent droppings were observed on food praration tables & and on floors.
Corrective Action(s): As per the Closure Order, corrective actions must be followed.
1) Clean and sanitize all areas where rodent droppings are found 2) Sanitize all utensils and equipment that have been left outside 3) Deep clean the entire kitchen 4) Walk through the kitchen with a pest control professional to inspect any potential entry points. All gaps and holes (on the walls, floors, at the bottom of the main doors/ back door) shall be completely sealed. 5) Keep garbage area in a sanitary manner.

Closure order was issued in contravention of Section 26 of Food premises Regulation: Premises is not free of pests.
The premises shall remain closed until the order is lifted by health inspector upon follow up inspection.

Hot & cold running water is available.
100ppm chlorine residual detected in low temp dishwasher.
200ppm QUAT sanitizer available at multiple locations.
Other parameters (refrigeration units, glasswasher etc.) will be re-inspected upon follow up inspeciton.
