Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer pail was still not labelled. Ensure all chemicals are properly labelled to prevent accidential mixing or misuse of chemicals. Pail was labelled at the time of isnpection.

Comments

- Follow-up inspection to July 3, 2019
- No foods stored at room temperature for greater than 2 hours at the time of inspection. Facility is improperly time tracking foods at ambient temperatures. Current practice is to track packing time and finish time. Time tracking begins once the food has cooled to 60°C.
- Equipment was found to be clean and sanitary.
- Upright cooler has been services and was at 4°C. Accurate thermometer has been obtained for codes unit.
- Properly fitting sink plug has been purchased for 3 compartment sink.
- Did not find single use items being washed for reuse.
- Front door was kept closed at the time of inspection and did not observe house flies in the facility at the time of inspection.
- One staff member had Foodsafe Level 1 issued June 30, 2006. All Foodsafe Level 1 certificates issued prior to July 29, 2013 expired July 29, 2018. Another staff on-site had valid Foodsafe Level 1.
