Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Rear access door to the outside was fully-open at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Open doors can allow pests/rodents to gain access to the food premises from outside. Exterior doors must be kept closed to prevent pest entry. Alternatively, a tight-sealing screen door can be installed in the doorway if it's being kept open for air circulation.
