Comments

Handsinks in the front service area, back area near the 3-compartment sink, and customer washroom were supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels. Prep. cooler and upright cooler were at or below 4 degrees C and were equipped with thermometers. 3-compartment sink was supplied with hot and cold running water. 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available inside two spray bottles. Ice machine was in a clean condition and the scoop was stored separately. Operator stated that they clean and sanitize the ice machine every 1.5 weeks. No signs of recent pest activity were observed at the time of inspection. Dry storage items were stored off the floor on shelving units. Permit to operate was posted in a conspicuous location. Single-service utensils were being used on-site for the bubble tea. Operator had a valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate and was on shift at the time of inspection.
