Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Knife was found on top of bags of pizza flour.

Corrective Action: Do not place utensils directly on top of the bags of pizza flour. The bags of pizza flour are not clean and can contaminate the knife. The knife was removed from the bags of pizza flour.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Soiled wiping cloths were found at both handsinks at the time of inspection.

Corrective Action: Wiping cloths are breeding grounds for bacteria when moist. Store wiping cloths in a bucket containing sanitizing solution when not in use. The operator voluntarily discarded the wiping cloths.
