-Recommend sealed, pest proof containers for the bags of food stored in the back.
Refrigerator was < 4 C.
No evidence of pests, pest control report viewed during the inspection.
Quats sanitizer used for the bins.
The dishwasher is used for the scoops and it reached 74 C at the plate level.
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
