Follow up inspection. Corrected items: The manager has FoodSafe Level 1, with an expiry date of 2024. All food in the storage room is in sealed, pest proof continers. No new droppings were found today. Traps are in place. A small number of eggs was out at room temperature. Outstanding items: Ensure that the ventilation hood is professionally cleaned.
