Corrective Action(s): Do not store inventory directly on the floor. Ensure products are organized and stored on shelving units available to protect food from contamination and limit potential access from pests. Violation Score: 3 306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Trace mouse droppings on the floor in storage room at along wall adjacent to safe and in right corner under shelving, also in front service area on floor in corner below cash register. Corrective Action(s): All areas described are to be thoroughly cleaned to remove all debris from surfaces. Areas affected by pest activity must be sanitized with dilute bleach solution (100 ppm chlorine) after cleaning. Violation Score: 3
