-Hand sinks fully equipped
-All temps met health requirements
-Temps are logged daily, ensure if temp does not meet requirements that action is logged in corrective action column. This was not done this morning
-Quats at 200ppm, quats must be changed more frequently to ensure it is maintained at the proper concentration in the quats bucket
-Manual dishwashing being done, staff reports that soap coming out of automatic dispenser is not working properly so they have to manually add liquid soap
-Recommended to staff to keep copies of Foodsafe Certificates on site to refer to expiry date
-General sanitation good
