Observation: Ice machine requires a cleaning.
Corrective Action(s): Empty out the machine, manually scrub/clean the inside (white plastic parts as shown at this time), rinse and sanitize all surfaces before filling it with ice again. [CORRECT BY: WED, JUL 27]

Observation: Accumulation of food debris/grease build-up observed on floors throughout the kitchen.
Corrective Action(s): Deep cleaning is required for the facility. Remove all cardboards from shelves. Clean the right corner at the back, near mop sink and floors underneath/behind large kitchen equipment throughout the kitchen.

Observation: The following items require repair:
- mop sink
- handsink faucet at servery
- handles of stand up cooler
- prep cooler by the cooking area (currently not in use)
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have all above items repaired/replaced as discussed at this time.

Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwash stations (kitchen/servery) adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at 4'C or below; Freezers operating at -18'C or below.
- Thermometers in place for temperature monitoring.
- Hot holding unit operating above 60'C.
- 200ppm chlorine solution available in a bucket to hold wiping rags.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 71.9'C at the plate level after final rinse.
- Traps in place. No evidence of pest activity observed.
- Professional pest control company contracted. Recent reports checked at this time.

General sanitation level requires improvement. Refer to above.
