Dishwasher technician visited premises yesterday and temporary fixed the unit.
Ran a cycle and measured 100ppm chlorine at plate level.
A pump needs to be replaced as informed by operator and the part is to arrive in 2 weeks.
Correction order is still in effect until health inspector verifies that the dishwasher is permanently repaired.
FHA warewashing diagram posted on wall.
Paper towel available in kitchen handwash station; alcohol sanitizer dispenser removed from front handwash station.
Bleach sanitizer mixed onsite; demonstrated proper ratio to operator.
1 teaspoon bleach to 1 litre to obtain 100ppm.
