| Licensing received a complaint on May 30, 2025, alleging concerns regarding Physical facility, equipment & furnishings, Programming, Care and supervision and Hygiene and communicable disease. All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was obtained through interviews, observations and a review of photographs. Licensing confirmed that a new structure was added to the play area without informing licensing or receiving licensing's approval. Therefore, licensing determined the following contravention of the Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR): Section 10(2)(a) - Continuing duty to inform. |
