Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Coffee steaming attachment is not sanitized after each use.
Corrective Action(s): Coffee steaming attachment needs to be sanitized after each use to prevent potential cross contamination. Attachment can be sanitized with a 100ppm to 200ppm bleach sanitizing spray.

Observation: Front under counter cooler was at 6C. Cooler was on maximum cool setting.
Corrective Action(s): Service cooler to ensure it can maintain 4C or less on a consistent basis.

Observation: Spray bottles were unlabelled. One contained bleach and the other an unknown substance.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all chemicals are properly labelled to identify their contents to prevent accidental mixing and or misuse of chemicals. Containers will need to be relabelled as needed.

Comments

-Upright cooler was at 2C.
-Back upright freezer was at -15C.
-Front chest freezer was at -12C.
-Tea cooled rapidly in a ice/water bath.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 71C on the dish surface on consecutive cycles (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach spray bottle was at 200ppm.
-Ice scoop stored in a dipper well - water was running at the time of inspection.
-Blender containers sanitized within 2 hours.
-Ice machine was clean and sanitary. Scoop stored in a sanitary manner.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods properly stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until June 22, 2024.
