Temperature of Cooler was 1 degrees C.
- Temperature of Freezer was - 20 degrees C.
- Hand sink was provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
- Bleach solution was available for use.
NOTE: Bleach bottle spray top seems to be loose/broken. Please be careful when using it. The concentration was high. You only need 200ppm (1 tsp bleach/ Ltr water)
- Quat sanitizer present and used on surfaces when kitchen is not in operation.
- Dishwasher reached 71 degrees C at the plate
- No signs of pest infestation.
