-Follow-up inspection to July 26, 2022.
-Facility has been visited by a plumber. Operator was informed the hot water tank cannot be replaced without removing some of the walls in the hallway area. Facility is scheduled for renovations in August. Plumber will replace hot water tank and any damaged tiles/drywall during the cosmetic renovations. Plumber has advised operator to allow the water tank to run and leak during the day and turn off the tank when the store is closed. Handwash stations supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer pail was labelled and tested at 200ppm in the kitchen.
-Did not observe personal items stored on food contact surfaces at the time of inspection. Staff items are now stored in a designated location.
*Once cosmetic renovations are completed, contact the inspector for an inspection prior to operating.
