Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No bleach sanitizer observed at start of inspection.
**Corrected during inspection** Operator mixed new batch of sanitizer after identifying.
Please have sanitizer mixed whenever in operation. Educate staff on proper mix ratio: 1/2 tsp household unscented bleach / 1 L water.

Observation: Droppings observed beside mechanical dishwasher (between unit and wall), and under dish pit area (behind chemical containers). Operator states pest control company has not noted any captures after Sept 2022.

Observation: 1. 2 compartment sink faucet nozzle observed to be leaking.
2. Prep table faucet observed to be covered with painter's tape.
Corrective Action(s): Please repair/replace faucet nozzles so it is good operating condition and made of material that is smooth, non-absorbent and easily cleanable.
