Comments

Operator stated 1) services currently offered are limited to - hair cutting/styling, waxing, threading, laser and facial. 2) the manicure, micro-needling, facial with blackhead/comedone extractor tools that were found at the premises are no longer used. Used single items (foam emery boards) and unclean reusable tools (credo blade holder) for manicure were stored inside the UV cabinet (not plugged in). A micro-needling tool kit was inside the drawer. These tools must be removed. Micro-needling and microblading not authorized at this premises. Contact our office to obtain approval if you wish to offer these in the future. The bottle of high level disinfectant CS20 has expired last July. Preempt disposable wipes are available- this is a low level disinfectant and can only be used on noncritical items such as treatment beds, counters and table tops. Bleach can be used as: 1) high level disinfectant- 1/2c bleach to 4 c water for cleaning laser googles. 2) intermediate level disinfectant- 4 tsp bleach to 4 c water for cleaning facial water bowl. Isopropyl alcohol 70% is available- use this as: 1) antiseptic on the skin prior to procedures including waxing. 2) cleaning the laser wand. Disinfectant high touched surfaces frequently during the COVID19 outbreak (use 10ml bleach to 990ml water or the Preempt disposable wipes that you have).
