Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At time of inspection staff was asked how they were sanitizing food contact surfaces. Staff was not able to provide answer or locate sanitizer on premise.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure staff are properly trained on proper use of sanitizer. Also ensure food contact surfaces are sanitized every morning prior to preparation of food and every 2 hours.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand sink paper towels dispenser was empty at time of inspection. Staff was asked to fill it.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure handsink is always stocked with soap and paper towel.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff was observed reusing single use gloves and not washing hands in between glove use.
Corrective Action(s): Do not reuse gloves, discard gloves after every use and wash hands before and after every use.
