Friendly reminder:

- The proper manual dishwashing procedure for oversized/large pots/pans:
1) wash (with hot water 45C and detergent)
2) rinse (with hot water 45C)
3) sanitize (fully submerge pots for 2 mins in 100ppm chlorine solution at 45C)
4) air dry


Sanitizer - available (Bleach);
Hans sinks (kitchen & washroom) stocked with liquid soap and paper towel.
Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks.
No signs of pest activity.

Recommendation:
- Do not keep clean utensils near dirty pipes, cleaning agents, and sinks;
- Please keep scoops safely (away from the bin with food; in a holder; or handle up);
- It is not the best practice to use news paper to cover shelves (front display case);
- Ensure that staff take FoodSafe refresher course;
