Comments

The following issues have been addressed:
- Oven and exhaust canopy which were installed without approval has been removed from the premises. In future, ensure that any alterations are done in accordance with the Food Premises Regulations which requires approval by the health officer.
- Handsink was accessible and supplied with liquid soap and paper towel
- Food items are no longer stored on the floor
- Premises has been organized so that floor is kept clear to facilitate cleaning and monitoring for pest activity.
- The floor has been cleaned to remove dirt/debris. Ensure floor continues to be kept clear and is thoroughly cleaned as part of your regular cleaning schedule.
- Sanitizer solution (200ppm chlorine) present for sanitizing food contact surfaces.

Cooler noted in routine inspection report which was added within front service area has not been removed; however, only pre-portioned/packaged condiments are now stored within it. Cooler may remain providing it is only used for storage of pre-packaged food items and there is no food preparation or direct food handling within this area as there is not a handsink available within this area.

Manager provided proof of completion of Foodsafe level 1 (Certificate valid until 2023). Ensure that in addition to Manager, there are sufficient staff members who have completed Foodsafe level 1 to ensure there is 1 staff member present at all times (while in operation)
