Observation: The premises appears very cluttered.
Corrective Action(s): Organize premises, declutter the retail area and remove any items not required for the business. Keep all items off the ground to facilitate cleaning and monitoring of pests.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Noted individually packaged muffins. Operator said she obtains them from costco in a pack of 6 and saran wraps them individually herself. Inquired where the items are packaged individually. Operator said outside of the washroom. Noted a box of saran wrap set up outside of the washroom.
Corrective Action(s): This premises does not have a designated repackaging area. The set up outside of the washroom does not have a hand sink and is not suitable (ie. cluttered, outside of washroom door...etc). Operator is to immediately discontinue repackaging of muffins. The premises is only approved to sell prepackaged items. Immediately remove all repackaged muffins for sale.

- Premises is a grocery store that sells prepackaged foods
- All coolers less than 4C, Freezers -18C to -22C
- All foods appeared to be from approved sources (Sandwiches from H&C).
- Bleach available on site.
- The back area of the premises (domestic refrigerator, two compartment sink and stove appears to be for personal use only and is completely separate from the retail space- operator confirmed.
