Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 6 bags of pancake mix and 4 bags of fish batter observed contaminated with mouse droppings

NOTE: the soft plastic packaged foods were observed not enclosed in rodent proof containers -Correction Order issued as this was also noted back in the October 2018 routine inspection
Corrective Action(s): Discard the food bags

Clean and disinfect with bleach (>100ppm bleach) all the rest of the bags and the bottom row of foods in the hard plastic and tin containers

Observation: Low temperature washer final rinse had no detectable chlorine sanitizer residual. Tested multiple cycles including after sanitizer priming the machine.

NOTE: Daily Logs for the washer showed pass checks for sanitizer the past week at twice a day intervals
Corrective Action(s): Repair washer -minimum sanitizer residual is >50ppm chlorine
