Observation: Cockroaches observed caught on glue traps in the front area of the premise. None caught in the back area of the premise. Operator aware of issue and has a pest control company addressing the issue.
Corrective Action(s): Continue to have the pest control come in and service the premise. Clean and sanitize all food contact surfaces on a frequent basis. Seal all holes such as around electrical outlets, water supply lines, etc. Followup inspection required.

Preparation cooler inserts not in use at time of inspection. Lower section at 3 degrees C.
No hot holding at time of inspection.
Coca Cola cooler at or below 4 degrees C.
Domestic cooler at 4 degrees C.
Domestic cooler with freezer, cooler section at 4 degrees C. Freezer section at -10 degrees C. Monitor and ensure -18 degrees C.
